Combination of Pork Hocks and Naengchae

Do you like pork hocks? Most people reply with 'YES'. Then, do you like naengchae, cold vegetables? In my case, I will answer NO!!!!!!!! This is because I don't like jellyfish and most naengchae is made up of jellyfish!!! BUT!! when I went to Busan, my thought was quite changed. It is due to 냉채족발, Pork Hocks with cold jellyfish salad. Bupyeong-dong in Busan is known for 냉채족발(Steamed pork hocks Freshsalad), so people call it 족발골목, pork hocks street. This street is filled with pork hocks restaurants. So I cannot help eating Naengchae pork hocks.

At first, I thought that the taste of this food might taste strange because I had never eaten cold jellyfish salad and I don't like jellyfish. BUT!!! Unlike I expected, the taste was very good. It was sweet-and-sour and a refreshing tangy lemon flavor. I recommend for you to eat pork hocks wrapped in cold vegetables' various ingredients such as cucumber, carrot, and jellyfish and green leaves such as lettuce and sesame leaves!
